Celebrate Good France Festival @ Le Bistro Du Parc

Le Bistro Du Parc is proud to announce its participation in Good France, one of the biggest global F&B events taking place on 19th March, 2015. An initiative launched by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development and world renowned Chef Alain Ducasse, Good France will take place simultaneously in 5 continents and will feature 1300 chefs all over the world to celebrate French gastronomy.

cuisine in the capital is creating a niche experience for its patrons by laying out a completely new and exciting menu designed to make French food inviting for all.

In the words of Naina de Bois Juzan, Owner - Le Bistro du Parc, "French food is perceived to be very serious and intimidating at times because of its finesse in technique and presentation. For the Good France Festival, my team and I have created a menu designed to change this perception. The dishes will be contemporary and fun without compromising on the true essence of the cuisine. The idea is to create a perfect blend of classic techniques and contemporary flavors in resulting in dishes that will no doubt be enjoyed whether you’re an expert in French cuisine or experiencing it for the first time.”

From India, an elite list of 48 restaurants has been shortlisted for participation including Le Bistro Du Parc. Taking into account the number of restaurants participating from India, it has been ranked 4th after Italy, Japan and Brazil. Le Bistro Du Parc will celebrate the occasion with a special dinner for its patrons as part of the Good France initiative.
